Bergandi Machinery ECO-PANEL Structural Insulated Reinforced Concrete Panel System. Panel Assembly. The twenty-five (25) Truss Elements and twenty-four (24) Foam Sections are assembled in Panel Weld Fixtures. There are two (2) Panel Assembly Stations with two (2) Loaders at each station. Panel Fixture Carts. The Panel Fixture Carts transport the completed Panel Weld Fixtures to the Assembly Welder. The Standard Package has six (6) Fixture Carts. Panel Assembly Welder. The Panel Fixture is advanced to the Welding Section of the Assembly Welder. The Fixture is automatically indexed through the machine. Panel Cross Wires (48”) are welded to the Truss Chords at 2” centers. The Truss and Foam assembly is compressed before the weld cycle is initiated. Automatic Cross Wire Feed. The two (2) cross Wires are fed into the Assembly Welder by Power Driven Rotating Bases. These units are variable speed and self compensating. The Powered Feed Wheels are driven by a one (1) HP Motor. The Cross Wires are pulled through two, (2) plane strengtheners. The Cross Wires are automatically sheared and trimmed to length. Chiller Cooling. Transformers, Electrodes, and Welding Controls will be cooled by a Refrigeration Chiller to maintain 24.4C (76F) water in a closed loop system. This will greatly extend the life of the weld heads, anvils and transformers, and provide increased welding efficiencies. All internal plumbing will be complete ready for customer hook up.
