Build to Last The ECO-PANEL system is used in the construction of walls, floors, and roofs for commercial and residential structures. The ECO-PANEL delivers a versatility that affords the construction industry many advantages, including: Low cost alternative to traditional building materials, Architectural design flexibility, Ease of construction and reduced building timelines, Energy efficient with excellent acoustical qualities and recyclable materials, High strength and load characteristics, Fire and weather resistant. The ECO-PANEL consists of welded steel wire reinforcing, foam core insulation, and Portland Cement Plaster on each face. The panel incorporates a three-dimensional welded wire space frame utilizing a true truss design for strength and stiffness. Each face of the panel has a welded mesh of 2” x 2”. Individually welded internal truss wires extend through the panel core between each face. These truss wires form a reinforcing matrix within the panel core. The light weight ECO-PANEL is erected and wire-tied to form the desired structure. The panel is very rigid and easy to handle on site, which can be easily cut to the required size. After the panel is erected, the required plaster thickness is applied. This is normally a 1” thickness of 2000 PSI Portland Cement Plaster. The plaster surface may be applied by hand, plaster gun, or Shotcrete. The resulting structure is a monolithic reinforced concrete building panel.
